Customer Care Specialist

• Graduate of BS Computer Science, Information Technology (IT)  or any IT related course
• Fluent and good written and oral communication using the English language
• Customer oriented and patient as job requires dealing with customer inquiries and concerns
• Fast learner and self motivated
• Proficient in basic computer operations (Internet, trouble shooting, windows,etc)
• Willing to work overtime and to travel for onsite services
• With or without working experience
• Training skill is an advantage but not required

Business Development Officer

• Graduate degree in Marketing or any 4 year related course
• Strong IT Background
• Good knowledge of banking is a must
• Fluent and good written / oral communications skills in English
• Customer oriented, sales goal driven and self learner

• Male, fresh graduate of BS Computer Engineering or BS Electronics & Communications Engineeringl
• Willing to work overtime and on shifts and willing to travel ( for onsite services)
• Good written and oral communication in English
• Preferably with Experience/ background in Windows, NT/2000, UNIX system, Oracle, MS SQL, Data Base Programming
